Squibs is a 9-disc set of DVDs designed as a take-home complement to Ignite! Learning's Middle School Science courseware. Each disc covers a different scientific topic area, with three discs each devoted to Physical, Earth, and Life Sciences, and with each disc containing 18-22 short animated videos.

I was tasked with overall conceptualization of the project in terms of content, character, pedagogy, and user experience. I directly handled the interactive design and authoring of each disc, designing menu appearance and navigation throughout the product. I produced Squibs as a retail-ready product between March and November of 2005 with management guidance from Bill Tolany and with massive animation, character design, and illustration support from Jared Chapman.
